I went to Carrefour on Thursday to get the kids milk and to my surprise Nan 2 was price at RM44 instead of the usual RM36.50. Since they also take Progress Gold, I got them those instead. It was on promotion, RM33 and came with some toys.

I’ve been busy comparing refinancing packages. Even though the local banks offers lower rates, it does not have the flexibility. I’m so confused on what to do next. If I proceed with the foreign bank, do I have the extra cash to maximise the flexibility feature?
